Personal exposimeter coupled to a drone as a system for measuring environmental electromagnetic fields

Method
We carried out several studies in order to implement the electromagnetic field measurement technique with the PE coupled to the drone. In all of them, we used the 4 s data capture interval, the shortest period allowed by the PE, which thus provides the maximum information possible. All measurements were carried out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Result
we: (iii) performed a vertical ascent that gave an electric field profile consistent with the height and downtilt of the telephony antennas; and (iv) obtained a 3D representation of the electric field inside and outside a building and estimated the attenuation provided by the building’s structure to radiation from the outside in the frequency ranges studied.
